Connected to the existing barn home by an elegant bar, the Cornwall Barn Addition adds space for family gatherings and two guest bedrooms. The attached one car garage was renovated to contain a mudroom, laundry, pantry and dog shower.
Working with Joan Heaton and her colleagues Jerilyn Pearson and Viscaya Wagner, was an absolute pleasure. They are extremely professional, creative and efficient which are probably prerequisites for most seeking a top-notch architectural group; but most importantly, they truly listened to what our vision was of expanding our “guest barn.” There was a meaningful historic structure on the property, and Joan and her team created new spaces with 3 new foundations that seamlessly link the old with the new. After working closely with our brilliant builders, the end product is our dream house. I wholeheartedly endorse their work and hope we will have the chance to work with them again.
